Weird how the county website is so focused on the courthouse. Must be a long history of litigation in Ross County.
ABOUT THE AREA
Ross County is famous for it scenic and historical landscapes which are breathtaking too. The country side is exceptionally beautiful with grass meadows on either sides of the freeway for mile together. Just driving past Ross County is an experience in itself. Chillicothe in Ross County was the first capital of Ohio and later on it changed to Cincinnati. Now Chillicothe is Ross’s county seat.
