Rt 79 becomes Tioga St; the town court is located next to the Post Office and parking garage on the corner of Tioga & Seneca, in the Downtown Historic District.

Includes several listings on the National Registry of Historic Places, including the Downtown Historic District, the Ithaca Pottery Site & the former Tompkins County Courthouse (the Old Courthouse) currently used as government offices & museum.
