Around the office, they call Judge Franzi <i>The Franz</i> because he looks like an older version of The Fonz and wears a black leather jacket. However, he does not stick both thumbs up and cheerfully say, <i>Aaaaay!</i> The closest thing would be when he points a warning finger at a foulmouthed defendant and sternly says, <i>Aaaaay!</i>
ABOUT THE AREA
District 10-3-05 covers the boroughs of Apollo and Avonmore and the townships of Bell, Loyalhanna, Salem, and Washington. Not much goes on in this area. But there are a high amount of speeding tickets given out on Rt. 66.
