Judge Schafer has the spirit of a teenager: he snowboards, plays video games, and still attends high school football games. But there is no playing around in his courtroom.<br>Too many Beaver jokes come to mind about this place. A community college, the Beaver Valley Expressway. We really need to grow up.

District 36-3-03 serves Georgetown, Monaca, Hookstown, Shippingport, Center Township, Greene Township, and Potter Township. In 2003, Chi-Chi`s restaurant was made infamous in Monaca when the largest outbreak of hepatitis A in American history occurred due to contaminated food. It really put a scare into the entire Pittsburgh area. The only place we felt safe eating was at good ol Primanti`s. The lesson learned: it`s not the outside appearance of a restaurant that matters; it`s the inside of the food. So trust your neighbor`s food before corporate food :)
