Judge Wagner is a habitual finger-wagger at those who failed to use their common sense. It irks him to see people make stupid, easily preventable mistakes, especially while driving.

ABOUT THE AREA

District 05-2-12 serves Bradford Woods Borough, Franklin Park Borough, Marshall Township, and McCandless Township. This is one of the few areas in Pittsburgh proper (known as the North Hills area) where there is a substantial amount of woods, but that doesn`t mean cops aren`t lurking behind the trees. Other than that, it is a really safe and clean area with friendly citizens.
