COMMENTS
This is where the serious criminal cases are heard. The DA's office is probably the best in the area, with little ADA turnover, better than average pay, and relatively moderate caseload, especially compared to Albany, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties which get quite busy.
ABOUT THE AREA
Saratoga County is considered by many to be the jewel of the Capital Region. Points of interest include the racetrack, the Saratoga battlefield, the Spa, the Spa Park, the Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Saratoga Lake, among others. All are very worthwhile. Saratoga County also boasts the lowest per capita tax rates in New York.
