ABOUT THE AREA

District 05-2-31 serves the neighborhoods of Bloomfield, East End Mall, Garfield, Highland Park, and Morningside. Bloomfield is the most notable neighborhood because it is the Little Italy of Pittsburgh! There are many great Italian restaurants and festivities here, namely up and down Liberty Avenue. The poles lining the sidewalks of Bloomfield are striped green, white, and red, and everything smells so good! <i>Mamma mia!</i>
