Honorable Blaschak sees more deer on her way to work than defendants in her courtroom. Maybe the local police should start clocking the fauna.

District 05-3-04 serves the townships of East Deer, Frazer, and West Deer. Wherever the houses are around here, they are hidden well. Driving between unending ridges of hills, you`ll be on long stretches of highway, namely Rt. 28 aka the Allegheny Valley Expressway. The notable part of this area, in Frazer Township, is the largest mall in Western Pennsylvania: Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills. Unfortunately, business hasn`t done as well as expected. Perhaps because there are no houses around and it is a bit of a drive from Pittsburgh.
