District 05-3-10 serves the neighborhoods of Lawrenceville and Polish Hill. Both are residential areas on the east side of Pittsburgh. Lawrenceville is connected to Bloomfield, and shares many of its Italian qualities, whereas Polish Hill was founded by the Polish and still has a large Polish population.
