Many Stone Houses listed on the National Register of Historic Places; "Place of the Mask" - a tree in Accord has the carved face of an Indian warrior; "Lake Minnewaska Mountain House" built by Alfred Smiley (circa 1879); his twin Albert built the Mohonk House.
