The court is on Broad St, near the corner of Waverly St & Park Ave, next to the Village Hall. Both the Village Hall & Court Buildings are historically significant, to someone anyway. This place is so small they apparently can't even maintain a website. Formerly waverlybarton.com.
ABOUT THE AREA
Largest village in Tioga County, Waverly was named for a novel by some guy named Wally Scott (that's Sir Wally to you!). The JE Ranch Rodeo calls itself the "Rodeo Capital of the East". The Forbidden Trail & Waverly Glen & Reservoir Trails are open for hiking; the paved Old River Trail is for hiking, biking & skating. Broad Street included many historic buildings, especially the Post Office and Village Hall, both registered as big shots in history.
