Long Beach Superior Court has been hearing (in 2008) a possible death penalty case involving the shooting of a female sheriff's deputy. The shooting occurred back in 2006.

Long Beach is the perfect vacation and holiday destination in California. The amusement park on the waterfront is the most popular feature here and makes the city look like a picture postcard in the nights with its beautiful diamond lit lights. The regal Queen Mary, spectacular Broadway shows and the massive Aquarium of the Pacific are all great places to see and experience. The Downtown, East village and the Belmonte shore are all ideal places for night owls to visit because surely there is one or the other concert going on here. Long Beach museum of art is another place to see whether you are an art lover or not because there is something to learn for everyone here.<br>Long Beach was also home to a Drug Policy Alliance conference here back around 2005 or so. As far as we know, none of the participants ended up in Long Beach Superior Court, but I'm pretty sure some of them violated a technical law about a certain plant.
