ABOUT THE AREA
This Mediterranean beach is a shopping hub and also for indulging in recreation. It has a pier located on its docks which has plenty of things to offer in terms of food, recreation and things to do. Of them the most popular are the Galleria on the south Bay and the Riviera Village. The pier is the perfect place to spend your evenings in. The South Bay Galleria in the Hawthorne Boulevard is the best place to shop and eat. The seaside lagoon and the performing arts theater which are located nearby are also popular attractions among visitors. LAX is darn close too.
