ABOUT THE AREA
Chelsea is that rare town with not one but two pieces of "Common" land. Early history of European settlement goes back to the 1700s. Despite its status as the shire for the county, hobbits are rarely seen here. Lots of nice old buildings in Orange County, of course, and in Chelsea in particular.
