East County Regional Center houses the El Cajon branch of Superior Court for San Diego County, where the not so famous fake handgun robbery of Midol occurred in 2008. That's not nearly as bad as the stabbing case.
ABOUT THE AREA
In El Cajon the best thing to do is gamble and the best place to do that is the Sycuan Casino which is open 24 hours and by the way which casino isn't. How would they make the money or else? Other than the casinos there are many golf clubs with spas clubbed together. So you can go clubbing and golfing if you are not doing anything which is an ideal way to spend a quiet vacation. In summers on the Main Street on warmer Wednesdays at the El Cajon Blvd you will find a parade of restored and antique beauties in a show called Hot Rod and Antique Car Show! That is the most exciting way to spend an evening in a quiet town. Best of things come in small packages!
