Windsor County is home to White River Junction, but there's more. The key town here is Woodstock, but this is not where the famed 60s music festival took place. For Vermont this is a big county, with the most area and nearly 60,000 residents. A reasonably wealthy community too. This Woodstock dates back to the mid-1700s. Great access to skiing and a variety of other outdoorsy things to do. On top of that, the area markets itself as a place for travel for gays to get hitched -- Civi Unions are legal in Vermont. Don't try this in Texas or Georgia, however.
