There's a whole lotta judges in the Downtown Houston District Court, housed in the Criminal Justice Center. Must be one busy place.
ABOUT THE AREA
Does Houston really have a downtown? When I was there it had a few, including the Galleria and Texas Medical Center, and at least one more, along with the real downtown. The lights used to be timed for 22 mph, but one friend said it also worked at 80 mph. We didn't believe him, and you shouldn't try it.
