Bear Creek Park in Northwest Harris County, has everything you need for a fun outdoor day. The park has a nice golf course, lighted baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts and BBQ/picnic areas. The park opens at 7am and closes at 10pm so you've got plenty of time to enjoy the grounds.
