Enjoying the company of its two peaceful neighbors, it raises this picturesque community founded by Captain Philip Skene. The streets, buildings and the village organization, tell its visitors the story of many men and women; such as the Halladay family and the Thomas family, who came to this town to found community against all the adverse situations.
