Shafter Superior Court is a branch that also serves the Wasco area. Located in an area known as "North Shaffer" (or is it North Shafter?), it's between Route 99 and I-5, a little closer to 99 though. They must have gotten the url shafter.com early, because a lot of web geeks would want that.

Proximity to Bakersfield and Delano offers the residents a lot of entertainment options. It is en route to either of the cities. In Kern county Shafter is a much preferred area to live because of the school district and also cheap real estate. This place comes quite as a surprise as compared to other places in California where you have to pay exorbitant amounts just to rent a house.
