ABOUT THE AREA
Town was founded in the late 1800's pretty much due to the railroad tracks that cross right through its land. Tobacco fields and other agriculture were what kept this place afloat during the beginning years, now a days it's more manufacturing that attracts the growing population. Short drive to Lake Conroe from here, not to mention Conroe itself. We'd rather go to the lake though.
