ABOUT THE AREA
What can you say about the City of Norwich? We don't know much really. It's at the heart of the county, but then, we don't know much about Chenango County either. We hear tell that the Honorable Ira Ingraham used to be the big judge here, and that he likes (or liked) painting portraits of other judges. We even hear he is a nice fellow. Or was. We're not keeping up on these things.<br>Perhaps Norwich is somehow related to the word sandwich, and we bet they've got some great sandwiches here in Norwich. Now you have to wonder if they eat norwiches in Sandwich.
