For those of us who believe in the 6th Amendment right to counsel, the advice on the courthouse clerk's page on traffic fines is a little disturbing. There is a Q and A, and one of the questions is along the lines of: <i>What do I do if I am notified of a ticket that isn't mine?</i> The answer addresses both civil and criminal traffic tickets, and suggests talking to the deputy clerk.<br>
Um ... you're charged with a crime you didn't commit. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer about that. Some of us believe that an advocate is more likely to represent you better in the system than a supposedly neutral court house staffer.<br>

Bunnell is a sparsely populated city in Flagler county. The Grand Club Cypress Golf course designed by Gary Player is located nearby. Flagler County airport is to the southeast. I-95 generates some business for Flagler County Court.
