Lee Stilwell sounds like a solid name of the Confederacy, but perhaps there's a Union connection?
ABOUT THE AREA
This last capital of the Confederate States of America (The Confederacy), back in the middle 1800's, became an independent city of the State of Virginia. The connections between Atlanta, Charlotte, New York and other major cities, has been possible for years through the "eastern passenger train" or the Crescent Train operated by Amtrak.
JUDGES
Responsibilities are separated two ways. The Honorable Lee Stilwell is the Presiding Judge and the Honorable George Jones is the Chief Judge.
