ABOUT THE AREA
The environment is a big concern for the Winchester community which is always after reducing the impact of our actions in nature. The Frederick County Conservation Easement Authority was established about 3 years ago when the landowners of the farming areas decided to take action reforesting and watching over mother nature's gifts.
