COMMENTS
This justice court is referred to as both a <strong>town court</strong> and a <strong>village court</strong>. The town/village website identifies the judges as "village justices", so you might think it's a village court. Not an important distinction, but it is odd.

The Town and Village of Mount Kisco are "co-terminus municipalities", meaning that the boundaries for both are one and the same, as reflected in the local government. Former Disney CEO, Michael Eisner and John “Bo Duke” Schneider were born in Mount Kisco.
