ABOUT THE AREA
Goochland is located in the Richmond-Petersburg zone and its county seat goes by the same name as the county, which by the way has not been incorporated to the county. The West Creek Business Park has represented a very smart commercial creation for important company branches (CarMax, Capital One, etc) and it also became the headquarter offices of the State Farm Bureau (probably no relation to the insurance company) and the Performance Group.
