Founded back in the middle 1630's when the English colonies settled down at Jamestown, this land full of history. This territory is located in the South Hampton Roads region, another part of the Commonwealth of Virginia. There is a very long list of incorporated communities in this county but Smithfield and Windsor have wisely decided to incorporate their cities to the county political organization.<br>If you watch MHD, you might think they have a bunch of concerts here, but we think that might be the British version of Isle of Wight.
