Newport News Circuit Court caught a bit of fame in 2008 through a rape case from TV show America's Most Wanted. Then there's the sexually abusive nursing home worker, but sadly, that happens in a lot of places.

Warwick County was the "home" of this land for a long time back in the 1600's, the situation started to change once the railroad and the shipyard joined the scene.
