COMMENTS
Perth's positioning between Amsterdam and Johnstown means that some drug-related crimes seep into the town's edges, and it gets plenty of speeders on Rt. 29 and Rt. 30. There was a Hepatitis outbreak a few years ago that was attributed by some to heroin from Amsterdam.
