ABOUT THE AREA
The Bluefield metro area is the home of the Tazewell County, obviously this is actually the reason why Tazewell's baseball team name is the Bluefield Orioles. The elegant Christian Bluefield College is located in the Town of Bluefield, this university contributed with the academic preparation of Nobel Prize winner John F. Nash who was immortalized by Hollywood in the movie "A Beautiful Mind".
