This court handles traffic and misdemeanor cases for the cities of Winter Haven, Auburndale, Lake Alfred, Haines City, Dundee, Lake Hamilton and Davenport. Traffic cases include criminal charges and civil infractions.

Winter Haven is the home of Cypress Gardens Adventure Park . This was the site for many years of the famous water ski shows to which millions of visitors from around the world thrilled.
