Another Ohio speed trap with more tickets than residents. Guess that's how less than 500 people manage to get a website together.
ABOUT THE AREA
The Austin Powder Company placed the first rock of Glenwillow back in the 1800's, this company became a magnet for visitors and workers from surrounding villages and even to other counties. The growth brought by this business ended up turning against the executives, too many residents and the production of explosives did not become the best combination; by the early 1970's, the operations were moved to Athens.
