Another speed trap in the Cleveland area, with far more tickets in court than residents in Highlands Hills. But <a href="http://www.town-court.com/getTownCourt.php?courtID=2426">Linndale Mayor's Court</a> is still the king.
ABOUT THE AREA
Highland Hills finally incorporated by the end of the last century, this late incorporation demanded a very nice celebration and everyone felt the warm welcome of the County of Cuyahoga. About 1600 residents constitute the population of Highland Hills and more than half of the families own their homes having benefits coming from the right management of their tax payments. This community is served by 6 very well prepared campuses of the Warren Heights City School District.
