ABOUT THE AREA
Known for having one of the largest Dow Chemical Plants in the area. Love the smell of chemicals in the morning. Smells like ... chemicals. Just a couple of blocks away you will find the municipal park where they host the Mosquito Festival. The festival is held at the end of July and they have alot of fun events, be sure to take a few bites of some fajitas during the cook off.
