For a while Bellaire felt pure adrenaline back in the 1990's when Hollywood placed its eyes on this territory to film here a multiple awards winner, The Silence of the Lambs; based on the suspense story of Dr. Lecter. This community is called "The All-American Town", it is located on the Eastern region of Ohio, becoming the neighbor of West of Wheeling and Steubenville.
