ABOUT THE AREA
Late in the 20th century the community of Harrison became finally a city, even when its incorporation took place in the middle 1800's. Named after the President William H. Harrison, it's actually a great destination for those who visit Indianapolis or Columbus. Many visitors stop by this territory to enjoy the history living on the quiet downtown area and the vivid architecture of the governmental buildings.
