ABOUT THE AREA
Burney Falls is actually a continuation of the Shasta falls. There is a trail that takes you to the top of the falls and around into the park area. It can be a whole day outing in the area. Most of the time the weather is well suited for outings. The waters flow into Lake Britton where you can rent small canoes and boats. The restaurants and the lake are quite unique and the sea food is known to be ecstatic here.
