The Thruway (Interstate 90) runs through the northern part of the town, and surely generates a number of speeding tickets.

Rural area just south of rt. 90, population 32,181. The town describes itself and its two villages, Lancaster and Depew, to be among the safest communities in the nation. Home to Como Lake Park, just south of Route 20.
