Court might be at 291 River Road, or that might be the judge's house. Like the rest of the county, most cases are things like hunting or snowmobiling offences, but there aren't as many in Benson due to its small population and lack of bigger lakes.
ABOUT THE AREA
Benson is small, even by the standards of Hamilton County, at only 200 full-time residents (although a few more come in to stay for the summer). It isn't quite as popular as the rest of the county for tourists because it only has a few small lakes, but it is still a really nice town with great scenery. County Highway 6 is also known as the Bleeker-Benson Road. Drive it once and you'll be reassured that there are enough trees in the world.
