First Americans' heritage seems to be present everywhere in this midwest county, named after Israel Putnam. The Village of Ottawa, with a very stable economy, less than 4400 inhabitants and almost 4 square miles of territory, is the county seat of Putnam County and the home of the Ottawa Glandorf Titans.
