ABOUT THE AREA
Incorporated back in 1870's, Perkasie nearly 9000 inhabitants residing in the territory of the PA 563 and the PA 152. Its name comes from an Algonquian expression which means "hickory nuts cracked at". This municipality is neighbor of Sellersville, Silverdale, Souderton, and Telford.
