Judge Blythe is really slapping his knee over the "Mutiny" joke - which is just a joke, really folks. And did you get the bit about Judge Seaton sitting? We're rolling here! We left out Judge Vann the man, who is not a man since her name is Dawn. You better enjoy all these jokes, because Chester traffic court just isn't very funny.
