Looks like the Thruway runs just north of the village, so there may not be any cases from there. Similarly the village does not reach Lake Erie.
ABOUT THE AREA
The village of Westfield claims to be the grape juice capital of the world. The photos look very nice, but there aren't any pictures of the winter. I expect there is lots of snowfall. Village is at the intersection of Route 20 and Route 394.
