The sun shines over this fertile community, settled back in the 1720's by J.M. Dubendofer; finally incorporated during the last decade of the 19th century. This land is home of more than 2400 people residing in 2 square miles of territory, neighbor of Terre Hill and Leacock Leola Bareville. Known as Earlton and New Design, this municipality is the home of the New Holland Farmer's Fair which takes place during the first week of October and celebrates the farming style of this humble territory.
