ABOUT THE AREA
Claymont, at the crook where I-495 splits off from I-95, sees a lot of moving vehicles. That makes for a lot of work in the Claymont Traffic Court. It's on the Pennsylvania border, so plenty of them get tickets too. Not very neighborly if you ask us.
