ABOUT THE AREA
Harrington is not a megalopolis. A fairly small city of perhaps 3000 or so, and poor by Delaware standards. By the looks of things, it was an important railway spot in the past and perhaps that continues. US-13 runs north-south along one of the rail lines. The area is home also to the State Fair and to a horse track.
