COMMENTS
We have been told that there is no such title as "Williamsport Magistrate." The title is "Magisterial District Judge" for all lower PA courts. There are two such judges in Williamsport. While we understand this is correct, we have found people in PA search for the term "Magistrate" and do not search for "Magisterial District Judge." Our approach to court names is an effort to serve those searchers.
