The Impact Warren project seems to be a great and ambitious plan to develop quality, affordable, and attractive homes for the residents of this community, along with a very complete commercial center, convention area, and bus depot which could lift up the broken economy in the zone, pretty much giving a second chance to the local authorities and inhabitants to revive their very damaged economy. On the positive hand, United Refining Company and Red Apple Food Mart have established their operations in a very constant and firm way in this land, giving jobs and support to hundreds of families.
