ABOUT THE AREA
Located in the confluence of the Ohio River, this city in Beaver County served as the "scenario" for the old TV series Mr. Belvedere. Formerly known as Brighton, this municipality is the home of more than 9920 inhabitants mostly employed by manufacturing plants located on its 2 square miles of territory. The most notable and recognized neighborhoods in this territory are College Hill, Morado, and Steffens Hill; all attended by the Big Beaver Falls Area School District and the Geneva College.
